Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, towns, and selected remote areas. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment tracking number via email/SMS.
• In case of any unexpected delays, our team will proactively inform you.

Estimated Delivery Times

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 499.
• Orders below INR 499 may include a nominal shipping fee of INR 49.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) (if enabled): Additional COD fee of INR 30 may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A tracking link via SMS/email.
• Live tracking updates via our logistics partner’s portal.

• DTDC
• India Post (for remote pin codes)

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, phone number, or failure to accept delivery, we will:

• Contact you for confirmation,
• Attempt a re-shipment (reshipping charges may apply),
• Or process a refund after deducting original shipping fees.
