1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products bought during clearance sales or final sales.
- Innerwear and accessories (due to hygiene reasons).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@cielsko.in with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Our team will verify and respond within 48 hours.
- Upon approval, we will schedule a pickup via courier.
- You must ensure the item is packed securely for safe return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details or UPI ID for the refund transfer.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style:
- Please initiate a return of the original item.
- Place a new order for the desired product.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- To cancel, contact us at support@cielsko.in as soon as possible.
- If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the standard return policy applies.
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or payment app.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- If the issue persists, email us at support@cielsko.in.
8. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to CIELSKO’s error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping is free.
- If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer or deducted from the refund.
